“Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you. Will def be back. Jacob, I heard a little bit of your convo and it seemed that you had a little bit of a shake up. Not sure what happened but when I asked how you were doing, you said you were well. Your professionalism and attention to folk's needs are something they do not teach in school. I seek out folks like you for my business team. “For some reason it's always a little chaotic in this store. Their prices are good but i always have to do some searching to find something I like. I'm used to the European stores and feel like their selection is better. I also find it weird that you have to purchase a shopping bag if you need one. Really? You have to carry all your stuff out the store in your hands. That's questionable to me. If you want to save the environment get rid of the plastic bags and get yourself some paper bags like many o other stores have.”
“Checked reviews before coming to this store to see what I could expect before shopping and BOY I had a great experience ! Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, a lovely young lady approached me to tell me about all the promotions going on in store and it made my shopping so much easier since I was trying to get the best deals. Wanted to be nosy and ask WHY there were so many bad reviews since I didn’t understand how they get this kind of rep here and turns out the bad reviews are false? Turns out the review with @ Taja Williams was a shoplifter trying to take a censor off from shoes stolen from another store (lady told me they don’t even have censors on the shoes) and she didn’t even provide a receipt to prove it ? and the review with @ Mercedes Rivera was a angry Karen yelling at an associate who was throwing up sick on the job PFT people really have no sensitivity or understanding. Not one bit did I feel uncomfortable in any type of way, was welcomed in with open arms and enjoyed my time shopping here ! I WILL be back here again very soon!”

“I have been shopping at Plato's Closet for a few years now. They have the best deal on clothes that are name brand and like new to new. I must have got about ten pairs of shoes from here at prices that I would say rival even thrift stores. I recently took in some backpacks to them and they bought twelve out of fifteen. ???IMPORTANT UPDATE???
Whenever I sold the backpacks to Plato's I had left my wallet in one of them. Well after a few days of not being able to find my wallet I had given up all hope, however, i then received a message saying my wallet had been found in a backpack and would be waiting for me at Plato's. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!”
