“I can't even begin to express how amazing my shopping experience at Buckle was today. I was looking for a very specific look for an outing, and Buckle delievered. However, i just expected to walk in, maybe buy some things, and walk out. Little did i know, the shopping trip would become more than just about buying clothes for me.
(A small backstory)
As a mom of two, military wife and nurse, I have a hard time shopping for myself and/or spending money on myself in the last decade. I gained weight, covered my body when i wasn't in scrubs, and just felt not myself, despite decades of being athletic and in shape. Needless to say shopping for clothes had become a not-so-fun experience for me.
But this past year, with the support of my friends and family, I decided enough was enough and took control of my life again. I made life changes, and lost almost 80lbs. So, of course I needed clothes to fit my body again. I knew Buckle at the Avenues Mall provided a style I was looking for, so I gave them a try.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by Maxine and Brandon, both of which would end up tending to my shopping needs throughout my entire time in the store. They both helped me pick out shirts, pants, shorts, boots, accessories and even helped me figure out my size, cause I certainly had no clue. Like my own personal fashion and hype team, they stood by very closely and attentively as I tried on outfit after outfit...cheering me on and boosting me up. The confidence boosting and support was unmatched, and it was genuine and sincere. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that they truly care about their customers and their needs, specifically mine. I walked out of the store with two bags worth of great quality clothes, a pair of new boots and one excellent shopping experience. I also left feeling confident, beautiful and proud.

“Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you. Will def be back. Jacob, I heard a little bit of your convo and it seemed that you had a little bit of a shake up. Not sure what happened but when I asked how you were doing, you said you were well. Your professionalism and attention to folk's needs are something they do not teach in school. I seek out folks like you for my business team. No matter what you do, you will be successful because when you get confronted by an obstacle, you rise above it quickly and continue on. It was well-noticed.”

I went into Dillard’s simply to make a return and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maria in the lingerie department. What started as a routine errand turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Maria was friendly, kind, courteous, and genuinely complimentary. Her level of care and attention was far beyond what I expected. When I realized after getting home that I had purchased the wrong size, I called the store—and Maria didn’t hesitate. She personally gathered the correct size and set it aside behind the counter for me to pick up on Sunday.
That kind of service is rare these days. Maria went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Dillard’s is fortunate to have someone like her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.”

“I have been shopping at Plato's Closet for a few years now. They have the best deal on clothes that are name brand and like new to new. I must have got about ten pairs of shoes from here at prices that I would say rival even thrift stores. I recently took in some backpacks to them and they bought twelve out of fifteen. ???IMPORTANT UPDATE???
Whenever I sold the backpacks to Plato's I had left my wallet in one of them. Well after a few days of not being able to find my wallet I had given up all hope, however, i then received a message saying my wallet had been found in a backpack and would be waiting for me at Plato's.
