“My son loves exotic animals. Every time I take him to this shop the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. They also allow customers to be alot more hands on with the certain animals. Love this place.”

“Just got our two huskies back from PetSmart. Let me tell you; Alexandra groomed them and she was WONDERFUL! She understands how huskies came be and we have one that is extra! As long as she is there, we will continue to personally book with her. Omar is highly sensitive but super friendly. He is so different when getting groomed because he doesn’t like it at all. However, Alexandra said she would take him on and I love that! We actually spent time talking of different ways to get him calmer prior to his grooming appointment. They are lovable dogs but Omar just does not like to be groomed - even by me. Thank you Alexandra for just taking such good care of them and we were very pleased how they turned out.”
“We have been bringing our senior pomeranian here for 2 years now. The groomers are very nice and thorough. He has hips problems, so he can not stand for long times. He is always happy and trimmed properly, which is very hard to do with him. In the past, he wouldn't walk for a whole day after grooming from being sore, not now.

“we purchased our havapoo puppy from puppy avenue on November 11th. We were a bit skeptical at first because of the reviews we read and our puppy was a bit expensive but Doug was there and was able to help us and the lady in the front was helpful as well. We fell in love with our havapoo Sandy and when she came home and had a little cough and some boogers, we took her to the vet and they went ahead and gave her some medicine… We reached out to Puppy Avenue and they sent us a check for the cost of the visit/medicine. They have so many puppies and Doug is also a pastor and travels. Great place!”

“Pierson helped us in the aquatics section and was so sweet and professional. We got advice from online and other people but he was knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction for our betta baby. I was skeptical on going to this location because it is newer and the reviews weren’t great but I’m so glad we decided to go and we ran into him. I will definitely make this our go to for our pets based on his amazing service and for just being so kind. He mentioned that we made his day but I hope he knows he made ours too!”
