“I had an excellent experience renting a car on the beach. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My travel plans caused me to arrive later than expected, and even though they were already closed, the owner was kind enough to wait for me so I could still pick up my rental car.
The customer service was exceptional, the vehicle was clean and ready to go, and I truly appreciated the extra effort to make sure I wasn’t left without transportation. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer care these days. I highly recommend this rental location to anyone visiting the area and will definitely use them again in the future!”

Being honest, in the past I was not happy with the agent's due to lack of sympathy.
