Car Rental in Saint Petersburg, FL

“I’ve been leasing vehicles from this Avis/Budget location for about three years, so I’ve had plenty of experience with this location over time. Since the management change, I have to say that Tramaine has truly stood out.

He is the first person who has consistently reached out to me personally to make sure I’m taken care of. He follows up, communicates with me, and even took the time to contact me by email—something no one at this location had ever done before.

That level of communication and customer service means a lot, especially as a long-term customer. Tramaine has been amazing, professional, attentive, and genuinely makes me feel like my business is appreciated.

It’s refreshing to see the positive change in management and the level of customer care that Tramaine provides. Thank you for taking such great care of me!”

“The representative was absolutely outstanding! The cars on the lot were pristinely cleaned. The wife and i have already decided that this location will be our go-to anytime we are in the St. Petersburg area..
The only issue would be that we rented thru Thrifty but the actual location was signed as Dollar Car Rental. It caused some confusion when trying to locate the rental office.
A+++++”

“I would consider budget the most reliable car rental agency on the market. and reliable vechicles. their strong customer service, clean fleets, and reliable vechicles. I highly recommend this budget for frequent travelers like myself.”
