“This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous, but, boy was it the right choice!! Adam at St. Petersburg Car Rentals could not have been more helpful or communicative. Answered all my questions, provided all the info we'd need for a safe trip (even gave me his mechanic's info "just in case" ... we didn't need it, of course), and the car was right there waiting for us when we arrived. It took us 45 seconds to get in and get going compared to the 45 minutes our friends spent in line at the rental car space. Elon, the owner, was exceptionally helpful in working with me to arrange a rental. “I was impressed with the clean car provided to me, and how nice it looked on the outside as well.The service as soon as I arrived and walked into the rental office was everything that I would expect from a business like Enterprise, the staff was very friendly and took care of my transportation needs. A couple of employees really stand out in regards of their professional manner, Dillon was the first service rep that I spoke to on the phone and he also presented me with the car I would be borrowing, he was kind and respectful and made the whole pick up process easy and quick. when I returned the vehicle, Macey was the young lady who greeted me right out in the parking lot, she was prepared and spot on with making the return convenient and quick, she had the pad in hand and was able to do the whole process without me having to go into the building, that’s what I call good business!”

I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions. I forgot to tell them the particular car I wanted (and they quickly got it for me) A lot of places would have an attitude to tell them at the last minute when they just got another car ready but they made me feel like I was an important guest. “A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”

“Very last minute rental. They didn’t have a compact but they had a truck. Trent is a solid dude. He informed me that you could smell smoke inside the initial truck they had available. So he got the same model truck from the location just up the street. What’s ironic is that I have guys I know that have trucks and I want or rather need one myself. So to drive one of the top line trucks on the streets was a blessing. It was the most perfect rental experience I’ve had thus far. I highly recommend dealing strictly with Trent. “Convenient location. My husband made a reservation for a car and went to pick it up. He only had his debit card and they would only accept a major credit card, which he had left at home. So he asked them to cancel the reservation and he would have me come down with my credit card to make a new reservation. This was just minutes after the time of his reservation and because they canceled it just two minutes after the time he was supposed to have picked up they charged him for a full day with no refund. But the price for the week was pretty good, except for that fee. I will probably look into another rental car company next year as I do not trust them any longer.”

“I had been to all the other car rental agencies in St. Pete Beach, after being disappointed at the initial place didn't have the car I had reserved ahead of time. I was told that I could drive to Tampa to see if they had a similar vehicle there. I stopped at the Avis location on Gulf Blvd and told Shadae what had happened to me. She checked some things out and made some adjustments and provided me with the perfect vehicle! This was without any fussing or negativity on her part at all!! She was the perfect model of customer service and was so pleasant to deal with! I know where I'll be going the next time a similar need I know where I'll go! “Hertz seems to hold a pretty high standard, so this doesn’t really come with a lot of surprise . But this passed week, I was blown away by an employee named Michael . He had to be manager or GM the way he conducted business and helped me out .The guy was extremely helpful, obviously knew what he was doing, and got me in-and-out, even after I basically showed up late (with 1 or 2 minutes to spare). Of course I was cutting it close with the drop off time too and after calling , he reassured me I had nothing to stress about . Made me an extremely satisfied customer and I will be back without a doubt .”
