Dr. Ortiz and Glenda were kind to us and took care of the problem, as well as getting all of Fiona's nails clipped. She needed to be sedated but it was worth any risks and I am confident Fiona will be more comfortable now. Glenda gives good hugs :-)♡”

“So greatful we found this place. After a rather unsuccessful visit at another vet’s office, my husband, dog and are I were all totally on edge(although we tried to play it cool). Dr John and Chantal were both very friend and professional dealing with our very nervous girl Stella. They both remained very calm while my girl was freaking out. We left today relieved, with a huge weight lifted all off our shoulders. Not only did we find a place to fix Stella’s current ailment, we left having a sense we now have a place we can feel comfortable taking our animals in the future.”

“Dr. Kathy is wonderful with our cat. She never rushes my cat and is able to get my cat to purr and relax before her examination. She is fair and honest when diagnosing your pet.
Previously we had gone to another office and was quoted over $2,000 dollars for blood work & dental cleaning… , I left that practice quickly. We learned the prior Vet had been recently purchased by corporate Vet care.
I brought my cat to Dr. Kathy and she gave my cat required immunizations. I asked her about my cat’s teeth and she stated no gingivitis a little tarter on one tooth. She prescribed adding in cat toothpaste and dental treats. My recent visit was less than $100.00.

“My wife has been coming here longer than me, and since then we have expanded our (dog) family. We have three big personalities— two Aussies, one doodle— and the NE Animal Hospital team is fantastic with each of them. Finnigan, our youngest, is a bit hyper active and a little difficult at the vet. Kobe, our oldest, is our perfect boy at the vet and is so happy here. August, our rescue, is skiddish and scared of everything/everyone. Yet, somehow with all those personalities, the NE team allows them to be scheduled altogether and handles them perfectly… with lots of peanut butter. We’ve been coming here now as a family for two years— there have been emergency tests, dog attacks (by other dogs), and everything in between— and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! (And neither would the boys… if they could talk, they would agree)”

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion, care, and dedication you showed us and our beloved Ziggy. Dr. Saez, the fact that you came in on your day off to take immediate action and perform emergency surgery means more to us than words can truly express. Dr. Wilson, your care, support, and commitment during this incredibly difficult time did not go unnoticed and meant so much to our family.
From the moment we walked in, your entire team was so welcoming and supportive, without knowing the heavy personal struggles we were already carrying. I was dealing with my own serious health issues and had just been discharged from the hospital, while also grieving a loss in my family. In the midst of all that pain and uncertainty, your clinic became a place of warmth, understanding, and genuine compassion.
We cannot help but wish we had known about Northwest Veterinary Clinic sooner. Perhaps if we had, Ziggy might still be with us today. We had tried another clinic, but the cost was simply more than we could manage while already under financial strain. Despite everything, Dr. Saez, Dr. Wilson, and the entire team made it their duty to do everything possible for Ziggy, and that effort, empathy, and humanity mean everything to us.
Even though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, we are forever grateful knowing that Ziggy was surrounded by people who truly cared and fought for him with everything they had. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for treating us and our boy with such dignity and love during one of the hardest moments of our lives.

“I was surprised to see 4.8 review. I would have expected 5.0. I looked and seems the bad reviews are fom years ago and the practice made improvements. I called and a person answered and was scheduled for a new patient appt to do an ultrasound within a few days. The lady requested records from our current vet right away. Dr. Rose saw my dog and it was obvious he looked over her records. They offered myself and my dog water. We talked about possible future testing and they provided me with a list of costs. The vet explained everything so well. I paid in the exam room which was nice. They emailed me the receipt and ultrasound pics and testing results within a day. This is our 5th vet office and I was so impressed. It's obvious they care. For testing I received reminders and they even called. Thank you!!”
“All staff were extremely professional and friendly. I trust the staff to take good care of my Ruby. They take the time to explain the medication that I had to take home and give to her on a daily basis. The staff checked up on Ruby a day after the procedure and kept saying to me if you have any questions, please call us. Please do not hesitate to call us. I really like that.”
“There are Vet offices closer to me but I would not change. Been with them for over 20 years, The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It used to be owned by Dr Brock and he was awesome with my Doxie Willow.. and when he retired Dr Thomas took the reins and she is just as warm and caring as he was with my foster fail Boo. Maybe even moreso. (but let's not mention that to Dr. Brock )”

“Dr. Howell is the BEST! I just moved to town and my kitty wasn't well. They were able to get me in the same day I called. There was a waiting room available right when I walked inside. Dr. Howell was extremely patient, kind, listened when I spoke, and watched the videos I took of my kittys ailments. He took his time so I didn't feel rushed and is so genuine when asking/answering questions. The vet assistant Vicky was super kind and patient as well. I could tell my kitty was feeling much better very soon after the meds they gave her. The place feels homey, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the kindness of Dr. Howell and the staff can't be beat. I will not be seeing anyone else for my fur babies. You and your beloved pets are in great hands here!! I highly recommend!”

“We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Stamp. She is the most caring and comforting vet I’ve experienced in my 43 years having animals my whole life. Our 3 yr old Pomeranian had a couple negative experiences with vets early on and when she realizes we’re going to the vet she develops a slight nervous tremble that turns into a wagging tail when Dr. Stamp walks into the room. It makes us so happy to see her receive care with a joyous demeanor instead of being scared. The clinic does not push unnecessary services. When leaving I always feel like I should leave a tip because I’m used to vets piling on items to inflate the bill.”
