Have been taking both of my BMWs to Carnovale since I saw them highly recommended on Facebook groups. All the rave reviews were spot on. Today I was in a particular predicament. I am leaving early in the morning for a long road trip up North. The last few days I heard a new click or knock in my engine compartment. With 85k miles and 10 yo car I was a wreck worrying. In such short notice I called Ross today who said “bring it by sometime today and I’ll have a look.” He and his team prioritized my car and spent over an hour diagnosing everything they could to try and find a source. They tightened everything and Ross assured me there was nothing dangerous happening and that I’d be safe to take it on the road. He lifted a world of anxiety off of my shoulders.
Ross is a BMW EXPERT. He always knows just where to look, teaches you what to look/listen for with regard to mechanical issues etc. ands he’s so honest and trustworthy. “I found Jerry’s from a discussing online about “the most honest mechanics in St. Pete” and his name kept coming up. Well I can say the same thing first hand. Had my car in the shop at 7am and out by 4:30pm full fixed! Gave a fair price, told me the things that didn’t need fixed, and just fixed what needed to be fixed, and off I went. How all mechanic shops should be, but aren’t. I’m only going back to Jerry’s in the future!”

The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. I have a BMW, which only takes run flats and this has been the most affordable option for me. These guys truly are so helpful with the best prices! Being a female, I feel like most places would take a look at me and overcharge me because they think I don't know what I'm talking about, however, these guys are so genuine and I highly recommend them to anyone! I literally just had my rear brakes changed here and saved a fortune because the dealership quoted me at $750 and they replaced them for 100 and I brought my own parts. You truly cannot beat the service here 10 out of 10 recommend for everything! I will be bringing my car back here next month for an alignment thanks guys for all that you do!”

True story. I had a sound coming from my front. Every time I would turn my steering wheel it would make a rattling sound. I took it to 6 different places, all with different diagnosis and a payout totaling upwards three thousand dollars. The sound persisted. A friend told me about this place. Can't remember who. I brought it in, and as I was talking to Faith, she casually found the issue, under five minutes. That is the type of service you get here. She's always smiling, personable, and they are quite professional here.
