“The place was very well kept and clean, to the point that you can tell the owners care. Rooms are very compact but have what you need if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Parking was limited but we found a spot each night so there must be one for each room. Appeared to cater to over 65 which is fine with us. No elevator so reserve early if mobility is an issue.”
“This place was wonderful! They put so much thought into ALL the details to make us feel amazingly comfortable: plenty of pillows of both the feathery and firmly fluffy kind, very comfortable bed, excellent communication, plugs for all forms of cord connections, beautifully clean room, electric vehicle and Tesla chargers in their parking lot. And all in the heart of the historic art district just 1 very pretty block walk to the beach. I wish we had booked a longer stay!”
“I just had the best pre-birthday getaway in Room 5! The room was sparkling clean and so so charming! Every piece in the room was curated so beautifully. The service was very friendly and the property was lovingly maintained. A 30-second walk to the beach and I was sipping coffee and reading a great book on the beach chair they provided. I can't wait to go back!”
“We love this hotel and have eaten many times at the Tap Room, usually for breakfast on the patio. Servers are consistently friendly and engaging. Colin was no exception. After walking out of Teak last night, we decided to go to the Tap Room. Husband was thrilled that they serve Allagash White, a draft beer from Maine. At Colin's suggestion, I got a Gasper's Delight, a rum and banana concoction, that was delicious. Husband got the rueben; I got a caprese salad (not the usual presentation) and grilled asparagus ($2 for 4 spears). Everything was fine. No complaints about the food. But Colin elevated the experience--he made a meal that was just fine go to excellent. It was a good reminder that service can often 'make or break' a meal. The Hollander Hotel and this Tap Room consistently hire good employees. Thank you, Colin.”
“The Hyatt Place in Downtown St. Petersburg, Fl is a very nice hotel to stay in if you're staying for a while. We always stay there when my husband has to come down there for work. And they are dog friendly. The staff was so sweet to our little Sophie. The location is great for walks with her multiple times a day, too. The park and pier are close, and she loved that.Walkability: Very close to everything...the restaurants of downtown, the park, and the pier.”

“I've been coming to Pass a Grille for a few years now. I've stayed at a few other places around here but I think Coconut Inn is my favourite. It is in a nice quiet area and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I really appreciate all the amenities provided (pool, bikes, beach towel/chairs/umbrellas). It makes for a nice relaxing vacation when you can just show up and everything you want is there.The staff is friendly and does a good job of keeping the place looking nice. The bathrooms and the rooms themselves are fairly small, but they were clean. The rooms have a small kitchen which is nice if you wanted to make something. The bathrooms/kitchen could probably use an update/remodel but I would say that is one of the only things that could be improved.Overall I've enjoyed when I stayed here and I would gladly come back.”

“The Mari Jean has a perfect location. Upon my arrival on Wednesday around 2;30 pm. I was greeted by a very professional customer service representative agent who made my check in painlessly. He then showed me to my room where he explained how to use the remotes My room was spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets. I attended the wine and cheese hour where I met Patrick. Patrick was very outgoing with the guest who attended the happy hour and was glad to answer any questions that the guest had.. I had a problem with my stay. I found the second floor hallway and my room which was located at the end of the hall on the left along with the bar was excessively cold.In my opinion the AC needed to reflect the current temperature outside. Although after complaining to the manager on the third morning I was offered another room. But due to a back problem that I have it would have been too much to move just for the night so I checked out. The bartenders were friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean. The owner should be honored to have a group of dedicated employees representing his hotel. Mark”
“Wanted to give props to Courtney. We watched this woman work soo hard all night! She was one of the hardest workers we have seen in a long time! I’ve never seen someone work as hard as her. She should be recognized for her hard work! You can tell that she really cares about her job and everyone she works with. We would also like to call out Devon and Randy who treated us like we were family. They really made us feel like we were at home and were very attentive. Thank you all for making our vacation so amazing! ”
“I came here for the first time and the bartender Rebecca was so amazing!!! She made phenomenal drinks and managed to serve everyone very quickly with minimal wait times even with such a busy bar and complicated drinks. She also managed to handle more *difficult* customers with kindness and professionalism. She definitely made the experience 10/10 would go again”

“I highly recommend the Don CeSar!!!Starting off with the location - it is perfect! It was easy to find and is situated on a pristine white sand beach. The facilities were very well maintained. There are two large heated pools only steps away from the beach. My only complaint with the facilities was the lack of a hot tub - please put one in!! The sunsets here are phenomenal. There is also a rooftop terrace on the pool deck that is a perfect place to watch the sunset if you don't want to get sandy. The Maritana restaurant onsite is INCREDIBLE!! The food was unbelievable and our server Rocco was fantastic. It is definitely a must-visit if you enjoy luxury dining.Our room looked like it was recently renovated and we loved all the details. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside to the room was the bathroom was on the small side - not an issue for me but could pose a problem for others. We also required maintenance on our bathroom during our stay and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. Again, I highly recommend staying here!”

“Had a fantastic stay at the Carillon Hilton in St. Pete! The hotel impressed with its cleanliness and the service was incredibly friendly. Our room was upgraded to a Jr suite, which was absolutely amazing - spacious and well-appointed. The location couldn't be better, offering easy access to local attractions. Also, having Starbucks coffee available downstairs was a huge plus, starting our mornings on the right note. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in St. Pete!Nearby activities: Top Golf is literally next door.”

“The location is safe and is easy to get to.The hotel staff is what makes this the perfect place to stay. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was courteous, attentive and professional. Since I am new to the area I leaned a lot on the front desk staff to point me in the right direction for dining and entertainment.Hotel rooms over several stays were 5 Stars, clean and nice!”

“The resort is very nice as well as the location, good food, nicely updated, amazing concierge service. However the thing we did have a problem with was in the 4 days we were there we never received any house keeping service. We talked to the front desk twice and we are told it would be handled and it wasn't.”
“It always has been a pretty good place to go to. The only problem is the prices have gone up so high that it sometimes you just can't afford it. Crowded location. Sometimes hard to find parking and there have been times when we've been there that people have been out of control. A lot of drinking and partying going on in the hotel doesn't seem to have control of it or they just maybe don't care”

“Nice location. Big beautiful beach front. Cabana included with room. Large pool. Rooms were nice and clean. Be sure to request a balcony, they have entertainment most nights. Drinks available at the beach. Also has rentals and cruises available for purchase beachside. Family friendly. Across the street from an outlet with a Publix and restaurants. I would stay here again.”

“Very lovely and cozy hotel! The entire area and the hotel make you feel like you traveled back in time to Florida in the '60s.The employees are very nice and kind. They have self-checkout and are very good about security. Doors are closed at 9 pm, you can access the hotel with a code that every guest gets, and the code is updated every couple of days.The room was very comfortable, with soft pillows, and a good mattress. Everything was very clean. We had a lot of natural light in our room and we woke up to the sound of birds. Nearby you could see peacocks walking by in the morning. The entire area has a lot of wild birds.We thought the breakfast was not going to be good based on our experience in other hotels. But, what a great surprise to find out they have a very nice breakfast with lots of options. We had waffles every day, you cook them yourself with an easy waffle machine, it was very nice.”
