Going home I spotted Xcell. I stopped in and there was a very knowledgeable person, Jorge, whom I trusted immediately. He diagnosed the problem accurately, charge port needed cleaning. Only $40 and my phone was repaired in less then 30 minutes. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. I could have been taken advantage due to my age and inability to understand iPhone.
