“I have come into this location twice now and both times have left very satisfied. The store manager, Alon (I hope I’m spelling that right) is really good at explaining what is being fixed on my products. As someone who doesn’t understand the logistics behind technology very well, it is super helpful. They will also give you a call to keep you updated on the status of your repair if it is taking longer than expected, which is very appreciated so you are not waiting wondering what’s happening with your stuff. Highly recommend this location!!!”

“I am so lucky to have found Xcell Wireless Repairs. I was not able to charge my iPhone and it was Saturday. I drove to several places that I found online and they were not in business. Going home I spotted Xcell. I stopped in and there was a very knowledgeable person, Jorge, whom I trusted immediately. He diagnosed the problem accurately, charge port needed cleaning. “Royal Plaza is the place to go for Verizon cell and internet services! Deion and Angel were quite knowledgeable getting me the best deals! They successfully transferred my large amount of data to another phone. They were also were able to set up my appointment to install the new Verizon fiber that just arrived in my neighborhood and made me aware of the latest perks. Been with Verizon cell service over 20 years and have have had the best service over multiple visits for phone upgrades, and now fiber install set-up, at this location!”
