“AIP Outfitters is a fantastic store which is owned and operated by a lovely family. They carry great brands from Vineyard vines to faherty to Peter Millar. AIP always has such pretty dresses for the women, and nice shirts for men. They carry shoes (i.e. olukai sneakers, golf shoes and flip flops, etc), and beautiful accessories. From hair clips to jewelry and watches, to wallets for men-they have such a great selection of inventory. They also carry beautiful wine and champagne glasses. “I always have the most amazing experience here they always make you feel so welcome. The person last night. I came in to get some shoes. The person was just killing it helping three of us at the same time giving us all the TLC and love that we all deserve in getting us what we wanted today I came back because I bought the wrong size and Benji really helped me out and Liz. I love coming to the store. Everybody makes you feel so welcome. I always greeted. I always feel impressed. The staff couldn’t be any better. I wish they all could get a raise.

“What a great experience I had at Peltz on 22nd Ave. I should have gotten the gentleman's name there but I think he was the manager. He was so helpful and so polite and so knowledgeable. He made some recommendations went and got the shoe for me to try on. In this day and age it's really impossible to find somebody in sales for shoes that takes the time and is knowledgeable. “Attention Macy's shoppers! If you would like a great experience, I suggest you visit the Tyrone Macy's. I found a great buy on the "Clearance" rack. I go up to the register to pay and hand Linda a tattered store credit issued on sales a receipt. I couldn't begin to tell you how old it was. But picture this, it was so faded I had written the bar coding numbers on it before it completely faded away. Linda did her best and called in the Calvary. Albert, calling Albert to come the "Inc" register. In a matter of minutes a neatly dress gent came down to help. Albert tried inserting the numbers at that register. It also didn't work for Albert. He went further and took it upstairs. After a short while he came back to get me to come upstairs. There I was introduced to Michael, who was on the phone with Corporate getting instructions how to use the store credit. I was beginning to feel very guilty for all their hard work. Sitting next to Michael was Beverly cheering them on. After a second attempt, Albert successfully processed my purchase and handed me a brand new store credit with some sage advice not to wait so long to use that credit. We all laughed as I said I'd be sure to take his good advice. From there I wandered a bit longer till I found the prefect use for my store credit...Godiva chocolates. I got to revisit Rosa at Customer Service which where I started this adventure to return some items I purchased on line that didn't fit. Rosa warmly warmly greeted me again , rang up the purchase and handed me $1.42 in change. Thank you Rosa, Linda, especially dear Albert going beyond the call of duty, Michael and Beverly. I'm forever grateful to you all.”

I hit the lottery and found a great pair on clearance in 11w. What!! Not only did Eutheria help me order a second pair for back up, she was kind and an overall pleasure. Thank you so much! I love the shoes and its been a little over 24hrs and my second pair was just delivered!!!”
