“Staff were super nice. I won a storage unit at auction. It was full of neatly stacked U-Haul boxes. Unfortunately 80% were full of garbage for some reason.
Other than that there was not rodent feces or bugs. Very Clean.”

If you're a member, there are great events and tastings featuring visits from wonderful vintners around the world. The location is super convenient to the home Depot and Lowe's which are right next to it.
Tecla is the name of the lady that runs this place and she is the sweetest person you'll ever meet.
I've had a unit here for nearly 2 years and never had any issues that she hasn't solved immediately”

“Josie has been my absolute go to person at public storage. She’s has given me peace of mind. I am states away and she brings me comfort in knowing my things are ok. She communicates with me after a hurricane or any natural disasters. Josie truly goes above and beyond. She lets me know what is going on with my account and she puts in extra effort to verify that my account is correct. She has amazing customer service and has helped me with any issues I have had right up to move out. I have rented from plenty of storage facilities. No one can match Josie. I have had my unit at this location for 10 years. Best storage in Tampa Bay Area!”
