“Really appreciate the clean space to temporarily store my belongings! Staff was always friendly and helpful whenever I had to call the office with a question. This facility is very clean and there were no signs of bugs or weather damage when it came time for me to move out (which is a big deal considering this is Florida and I had an outdoor/non climate controlled unit). Conveniently located, easy gate access, and always felt safe here, even at night. Didn't love that the web promo price only lasted a couple of months, so beware of price increases that will inevitably happen if you don't pay in advance. You're also required to pay for insurance, which increases the monthly price by at least $15, but I understand that this is the necessary business part of storage facilities. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this location for your storage needs!”

“First of all Having to talk to anyone on the phone is not enjoyable. After pre-booking a unit on the Internet, I received a phone call and really enjoyed talking with Gayle. She acted like she was a co-owner in the company and was more invested in my needs and being thorough about my happinesss and concerns prior to an agreement in booking. Gayle was pleasant and friendly but also made sure I was aware of policies and regulations pertaining to my unit. I appreciated her recognizing my concerns and for that reason I will probably never go anywhere else. I will also tell other people in the area about extra space storage because a lot of people have shady units near here that would be much happier in a clean comfortable environment.”

“I waited a long time to get a spot at the In Town Storage. The owners are fantastic, wonderful patient people. There is no bugs or rats in my unit The rent I can actually afford!!! They even referred me to an excellent mechanic with reasonable rates that will work on your car right there on site at the storage units. A couple times I have been late with my payment. They have shown me nothing but compassion. You also have access to your unit 24/7 which is a wonderful bonus where most storage units are open at set times with no yielding and a lot of scrutiny”
