I brought my elderly patient there to buy a new phone I surely thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars but he worked with our budget and was able to provide us a phone for a very good price and Mr. Joe was very happy as a new customer . I've been a customer of crickets for several years now and have recommended people to come there and they've always been happy with the service and pricing . David definitely goes above the customer's needs to make us happy an eager to come back . thank you for having such a professional employee working for Cricket he absolutely does a wonderful job thank you.”

“Not a bad store in my opinion, I bought a phone at this store once before, i only wish that they would answer their phone, it's say they're open from 12-5 Sunday but nobody is answering the phone and I even went to the store and the door was locked, they should update their schedule and change it to Monday-Friday because apparently they're not actually open one the weekend, as i said I called today at 12 pm so then I figured they must of went to lunch or something so i waited a bit and decided to go to their store instead but they was not open, please update your opening hours and the days that yall are open!”
