Anthony was absolutely amazing to work with ✨ He helped me get from my old phone to my brand new one in under 45 minutes ? while helping me stay within the range I was comfortable with, which I really appreciated.
What could have easily been a stressful or time-consuming process ended up being efficient, easy, and genuinely pleasant ? That kind of customer service is rare these days.

“I came in at 6:55 pm on a Monday with a broken phone. I had purchased a phone from another store and that 3rd party store told me the people at AT&T wouldn't help me. I went in just to check not knowing they close at 7. Cory just finished with another customer and asked if he could help me. I told him what I had and told him I was using a prepaid phone and needed to start it up. Cory not only welcomed me, but was awesome about not being pushy about upgrading. While signing up my prepaid phone went over all the contract options. A great representative of AT&T and just a great person in general. I ended up getting my phone all set up, and it was past 7 pm. I didn't realize until I was walking out that they close at that time. He never once mentioned it or came off like he was rushing. I apologized and thanked him. Amazing employee, also I got a survey via text but I pressed 1 instead of 5. I was Very Satisfied with my experience.”
