“Jeanie at AT&T Lutz was really patient and helpful in helping me switch plans. Would highly recommend if you have concerns or problems and need to talk to someone in person.”

“Tiffany is the GOAT at the Terra Bella AT&T location. She patiently stayed after hours and solved all of the problems we threw at her. I appreciate her patience and professionalism! This is the reason I remain with AT&T after 30 years. I am a lifetime customer because of people like her.”

“Kid sent husband and me new phones (she was sick of our old ones) made appointment online and showed up before they opened to get them activated. While we were waiting for them to open, one of the young men actually came out to talk to us. He was so kind and let us know that we could not get them activated at this location. He quickly looked up the closet place to go and give us directions. Instead of waiting to open and not paying any attention to us, he came out to help us. If they will take the time to help someone before they actually open, I can only imagine how much they will help you when they are open”
