“I lost my AirPod and the location was saying that it was here.... After hours, a lady let me come in and she got on her hands and knees with me to help me find it... the kindness of her and everyone around who helped me find it! I believed her name was Desirae or something similar. Such a very generous woman who went above and beyond.”

“After moving to Niceville last year, I have visited several stores in town. The customer service at this Publix is amazing. Mary in the pharmacy is so helpful, the managers, the checkout staff and anyone that you encounter in the isles treat everyone as if they are helping a family member.
Every single staff member smiles and says hello and asks if the customers need help locating anything.
Whatever training you all go through, I hope you realize you are making a difference, even without realizing it!

“Not even accessible to local neighborhoods. Just a regular grocery store, below average. Bakery items are a joke, $5 pie if you have to. Pub subs are highly overrated and usually have dry bread. Small bag of doritos that has like 7 chips is $1.85. Cant make a bagel in Florida for some reason. 1 way in. 1 way out. Light takes 2 days to get out. Parking is stupid. Theres land everywhere, they make a micro parking lot to share with car repair company, mcdonalds ad many others. Whoever designed this lot should be fired immediately. Guess they dont look at potential growth, accessibility or common sense. I find the staff mostly helpful. Publix peach tea is awesome. Deli people could use a little polish. Act like we're buying something, not that you're giving it to us for free. Leave through the storage lot by ACE for the only win here.”
“We had several in Panama city beach and they were taken over by Aldis. I miss having them and I refuse to shop at aldis. So it is what it is. I'm glad they are still around but, it's so far away.”
“Love this stablishment, the coffe selection is amazing, great variety of groceries, delicios pastry, endless condiments, ready to eat food and salad bar, all kind of beverages.
This place always smell like chritsmas, coffe is a must in my way home.”
“I shop at Grocery Outlet all the time i have gotten to know the cashiers. They work hard to get treated like crap from people that come in acting entitled I have witnessed it firsthand. They come in with no incentives. They don't get holiday pay, they get minimum wage. They are the ones that get yell at when prices are wrong. They're on the firing line everyday. So let's give credit to those cashiers. Yes they have bad days just like everyone else. You think that when they ask about something thats left in the cart is to accuse you of stealing well it's not. They asked for many reasons one to know if it needs to go back, cause there's many times people come up and don't pay for everything. People need to stop reading to far into stuff. It's their job to ask questions. You guys don't need to be ugly to them. They are the ones that are there working the holidays so you can get what you need. So let's take a step back and give the cashiers at grocery outlet a big shout out for there hard work.”
“Ryan was our human cashier and he did a great job and laughed at my bad jokes and even responded with something funnier. Service and experience is always great at this location except on Saturdays in the summer. ( not the stores fault, tourists.”
“The nicest Winn Dixie I have ever been in! Plenty of parking, and there is a great selection of beach items outside, and inside. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be able to see which way you need to go. Everything is organized, visible, & clearly marked! The BOGO sales are awesome, and the shelves are fully stocked. To the right of the entrance, there is a small bar with beers on tap! The fruit & veggie section is amazing, as well as the deli & wine & beer sections. I wish all grocery stores were like this one!”

Somethings you have to hit the major chains for but once they get a bigger store people should most definitely go once. It'll make you an aldi shopper. They have these frosted cinnamon buns in a clear box. By the bed. I buy two when I go. Heat them up for 15/20 seconds and you'll be in heaven. I normally am not a grocery store cookie or cake guy. Everything they have baked good wise is amazing¡!!!!!!! Very clean and organized for all the inventory they have.”
“BEST TAMALES AND TACOS EVER!! I drive 45 minutes just for this authentic home style Mexican food. Very clean restaurant, polite staff and an amazing variety of fresh foods. They have a great menu and fresh foods for sale.”

“They are such a blessing. They helped me after a miscarriage. I couldn’t figure out why I was having issues with some things. They helped me. Their recommendations helped me get better sleep and function much better afterwards. It was a huge blessing to me. I highly recommend this place. They also helped me figure out why I seemed to be having a bad reaction after I took supplements that I bought somewhere else. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They went above and beyond to help me over the phone. Great people.”
“Who doesn't love a Whole Foods!? I liked the selection of wine they had and they are in a very convenient location, right next to Destin Commons. The bakery area doesn't disappoint. Be sure and get the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. They have a large cheese and jam/sauce collection for a great charcuterie board. Overall a great shopping experience!”

“Every time I come to this pharmacy, I get outstanding service. Most of the time I use the drive thru. However, when I do go inside and have questions, I’m always met with friendly staff. The pharmacist takes the time to answer all my questions.”
“Everything was clean and well laid out. My strawberries were very tasty. The lady who checked this out it was very friendly. The prices are pretty good compared to Minneapolis.”

“The store is very large and well stocked, it was very clean and well lit when I visited. The only downside was that there were only two electric mobility carts for handicapped customers. One was in use and the remaining one that I used, ran out of power after about ten minutes. It's very painful for me to walk, so I had to cut my grocery shopping trip short. This store needs to have more at least two more of these mobility carts.”

“Dollar General, what can I say. It's everything you come to expect from the good, 'ol trusty Dollar General. The layout is basically the same as any other. A few differences here and there but generally the same. The folks working there are polite and it always looks like there's too much stuff, pretty much everywhere. They always have what I need. Always inexpensive. There's always one worker that has the 1000 yard stare. It's home, I say! You can buy it all at the Dollar General. From Android phones to Z-quil. It's there!”

“That guy who was working in there around 12 was absolutely phenomenal. You could tell he genuinely cared about every customer that walked in. Even when things got busy, he stayed composed and made time for each person without rushing anyone. He was attentive, professional, and just had a really solid attitude overall. It’s rare to see someone put that much effort into making sure everyone feels taken care of. Honestly, if anyone deserves a raise, it’s him—he’s the kind of employee that makes people want to keep coming back.”
“One of the best gas stations in Niceville/Bluewater Bay area in terms of cleanness and price. Their gas prices are quite competitive. Often or not they even beat Eglin base gas prices as well. I always pump my gas at this gas station.”

The prices are affordable, and they often have great deals and discounts. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. It's the perfect spot for grabbing everyday essentials without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for quick and convenient shopping!”
“I felt it necessary to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my pharmacist at the Publix South Walton pharmacy in Santa Rosa Beach. Her name is Lindsey and as a 68 year old male cancer patient in remission I had inadvertently caused a problem/shortage with two very important medications requiring Lindsey’s assistance. Lindsey was incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and extremely helpful calling two of my physicians on my behalf after patiently discussing the entire situation with me both on Friday 1/30 and again on Saturday 1/31. Amazingly both physicians responded to Lindsey’s efforts sending in vital prescriptions needed for my quite serious health issues. I cannot fully express how special, professional and caring Lindsey was. Without her efforts I would have suffered serious health consequences but instead due to her efforts alone today on 2/1 my wife and I were able to attend morning church services having received the medication I so desperately required.
I personally stopped in to Publix after church today on 2/1 and expressed my gratitude to Lindsey in person. Lindsey is a very special person , an outstanding pharmacist and a credit to Publix Pharmacy. God bless her.”
