On oct. 3rd 23 I brought my 2023 Ascent in for its first service. I was totally impressed and very satisfied with how quickly my Ascent was serviced. I was in and out of the service department within 30 minutes which was outstanding!! I would recommend this Subaru dealership and service department to everyone.
Today (10-24-24) I brought my 2023 Ascent to the North Orlando Subaru dealership for service. Again I was very impressed on how fast my service was completed. I have always been very satisfied using this dealership which is why I continue to go back. I will always use this dealership for any future service or sale needs.
On 4-25-25 I had my 2023 Ascent serviced at North Orlando Subaru and again I was very satisfied. Even though it was busy there I was in and out in less than an hour. I continue to go back to this dealership because they always do a great job. ?
On 11-16-25 I tried to start my Ascent and discovered that my battery was dead. Being it was Sunday I knew the service department was closed so I talked with salesman Jordan who gave me some great advice on unlocking my vehicle. I had a battery charger I charged the battery enough to start the engine. On 11-17-25 I went to my Subaru dealer and met service specialist Jason who checked out the battery and said it was a bad battery and replaced it with a new battery. I give 5 stars to both men because they were extremely helpful. Thank you both!!!!”

“I had some issues with my transmission slipping a little. I had went to another place I caught lying to me about what needed to be done after they said they changed my fluid. I then started searching for an honest mechanic. What I 1st found was a bunch that charged an outrageous inspection fee from $150 to over $250. I was discouraged until a friend recommended CMC. From the very beginning they were up front and honest and their inspection fee was very reasonable to diagnose my problem. After their diagnoses they explained what my problem was and gave me a price that was fair to fix it. They kept me updated the entire process. My car now runs great. They fixed the issue before it cost me my Transmission. Water was leaking into my transmission from the transmission cooler and filter. Now it is running great thanks to Jason and his team at CMC Automotive. They got a customer for life and I'll refer them any chance I get. They have honesty and integrity, two things that are hard to find these days.”

With only 800 miles on the vehicle I had a near catastrophe warranty issue. It was a late Saturday afternoon so I called service hoping to figure something out. I got a hold of Tyler 30 minutes before his weekend was to start and despite that he went above and beyond to help me, which got me through to an appointment on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 7:30 on Thursday morning and within an hour they had everything figured out and taken care of for me. I will be using Sanford Dodge for all of my future service needs on my Durango even though they are literally twice as far as a closer dealership.”

“Highly recommend. My vehicle was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was towed back the same day. He communicated well and it took him no more than 3 minutes to get my car unloaded from the truck and back to the spot once he got here. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review from one of my neighbors that he blocked their spot while offloading the car but there would’ve been no way for him to return the car to the same spot without backing in to a neighboring spot for a few minutes. No one was trying to get out or asked to leave during the time he was unloading the car, I was standing right there. The driver did nothing wrong and should not receive a negative review for this reason. Thank you Arten!”
