“Courteous and helpful ladies who work at Ross in Sanford helped me find a great buy! In the WalMart plaza on 17-92 this Ross has good employees who care about your needs. I bought a Samsonite Andante 2 (22” wheeled duffel). This piece of exceptional luggage sells for 79$-89$ anywhere else. I purchased it for 19.99$ at this Ross. It wasn’t displayed in front where most luggage is found. The friendly ladies who worked up front this morning directed me to the middle section of the men’s department and there it was! Thank you ladies for exceptional customer service!! It was last minute on my way to a staycation in Orlando and I needed luggage but had limited time!! You made my day!!”
