“I’ve been going to The UPS Store #4372 on Tree Swallow Dr in Winter Springs for years now, and it’s hands-down one of the best-run businesses I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, familiar faces—many of the staff have been there for a long time, and it really feels like they care about the people they serve.
Over the years, I’ve come here for all kinds of things—from sending out USPS packages and returning big online orders, to getting background check paperwork done on their kiosk and handling other random errands. Every single time, they’ve made the process easy, quick, and pleasant. The store is always super clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re in and out of places like this regularly.
This location has truly become my go-to spot, and I always know I’m in good hands when I stop by. Thank you to the whole team for consistently going above and beyond”
“This store is full of amazing people. They know what they're doing and were able to get it done. They're very kind to boot.
A word of caution, I've discovered that all UPS Stores are independently owned. So you might need to call ahead to verify the availability of some services - like notaries and drop off locations.”

“11/10/2024 I went to meet a friend to have a document notarized. When I entered the USP store, I was greeted with a warm smile by Sarah and a well organized and clean place. Sarah showed confidence in communication and product knowledge of what the USP store has to offer. I enjoyed our conversation about Star Wars movies while I waited for my friend to arrive. When my friend arrived, Sarah was very helpful to her as she notarized the document. Thank you for your excellent customer support.”
“I was submitting a proposal for a City contract that was 41 pages long and Talor really went the extra mile with helping me organize and getting it notarized. I could tell they were extremely busy here, but she took the time to go through everyone at the 41 pages and highlight very clearly where I needed to sign which is on almost every single page to help me save time and decipher where I needed to focus on, so I didn’t have to read through and spend my time doing it, which really made the process easy. She was very kind and helpful to other people inside the buildings as several customers had other problems throughout my visit. She was helpful to her employees as well a credit to her.
