I have been utilizing AJ Automotive for all of our vehicle service needs since July 2017. Although under new ownership, the same automotive staff was retained and they are
extremely knowledgeable on an array of foreign and domestic car manufacturers and will ensure your vehicle is maintained to their factory specifications and standards.
Like the previous management, the new owner, John is also “hands on” to assist his employees in the diagnosis and repair.
I recently had a loose battery terminal issue with my 2017 Honda CRV that was first identified by an Advanced Auto employee. The negative battery terminal connector could not be tightened down and since it is not a standard terminal connector, the Advanced Auto employee immediately recommended that I take my vehicle to AJ Automotive. I replied that is where I have all my vehicles serviced.
Since it was shortly after 8:00 AM, I proceeded straight to AJ Automotive. As a frequent customer, AJ Automotive has always been very accommodating on allowing us to drop off our vehicles for unscheduled appointments. After arriving, I proceeded into the office and explained my issue to the front desk attendant who was extremely pleasant and accommodating on getting my vehicle serviced. While waiting in the customer lounge for my wife to pick me up, John, the owner came into speak with me. He stated that the negative terminal connector has a clip that needs aligned before the terminal can be tightened. The technician was able to quickly fasten the terminal connector and ran a complete diagnostics of the vehicle to ensure everything was performing correctly.
John then stated there was no charge. I attempted to pay for the technicians time or for the garage bay time, but he declined. John replied, just keep coming back for your automotive services.
This is the reason why my wife and I have been using AJ Automotive. It truly appears that John is keeping the same business principles. His customer loyalty is second to none.

“Took my 2010 F-350 SD 6.4 Diesel to Premier when my A/C went out. They quickly analyzed the issue and determined it was an idler pulley that went bad. They ordered parts (and changed both main belts and 3 idler pulleys as they were all old) and made repairs next day. All good ! People there are great and the work they did was also great !”
