“It’s a nice older hotel.
The view is fantastic. Makes you feel in paradise.
The hotel amenities are ok. They have it all, but that’s it. A bit of a small pool.
We got a king room and the view was great. The room a bit underwhelming.
I expected more for a $400/night hotel.”

“We were given a room in the Captiva tower with a lovely view of the causeway. We went out to dinner and returned to a horrible smell in our room. It smelled like a dead rat in the wall. We called the front desk and they suggested the smell was coming off the water at low tide. Dead fish from the cold temps. Why would they put someone in these rooms when they are subjected to such unhealthy and unpleasant conditions…”

“Shell craft was a fun experience! People working the craft didn’t seem to know what was included. That made it a little frustrating because after building flowers for over an hour we were told we needed to pay for 3rd. Clarity would be appreciated but overall great experience for family.”
