“GREAT prices and friendly, helpful staff that work to keep the store organized and clean. We mainly went for my fiance because he is 6'8 and a size 15 shoe-- hard to find! We got several pair of sneakers on clearance, $45 or less each! And we got socks BOGO 50% off that are wonderful! I was so happy to be able to find shoes for him, and we even got a matching pair as they were so affordable and surprisingly comfortable and attractive! Staff mentioned discounts for email sign up (you can cancel immediately) and helped to save us money! We will absolutely return and recommend this business to all!”

“This morning at 10:30 I returned an online order that arrived containing random women’s clothing. Columbia Customer Service advised I drive to the store for help to make the complicated return. (What I purchased for $83.03 was not what I received). At first inquiry, a manager said no way could the store accept the on-line return since it wasn’t what I ordered. Retail Supervisor Michael Baffa stepped in to perform heroic customer service. He called the on line help desk to resolve the conundrum and eventually I left with my credit card refunded. This took enormous patience and time. My alternative was to contest the charge with Visa and instead I may possibly decide to place my order online again. Not sure if I’m up to the challenge if the system were to fail again. Such a hassle with no easy resolution.”

“Great selection, even had my size in wide sizes. Just know it’s not an outlet store. Even though it’s in “The Outlets” their prices are full retail price unless you’re military, first responder etc. So if you’re traveling thinking you’re getting a deal, you’re likely better off going through Amazon or an online retailer.”

“Oh my how I love Liz’s Fashions!!! I have been going there for years to buy my bathing suits. One of their sales girls is Mashe’, and she is absolutely the best. She works with customers and really fits each person in suits that best compliment them. She knows her inventory and what works for each body type. I have been in with 4 different girlfriends now each with completely different body types and they all swear that Mashe’ is the best. Each friend ends up buying multiple suits because the selection is great and the customer service is beyond anything we have ever experienced.”
