We offer 1 on 1 Strength Training sessions guided by our Certified Personal Trainers within a Semi-Private environment. All of our exercises are performed on Physical Therapy Grade Equipment manufactured by MedX Inc. We specialize in building Bone Density and Lean Muscle Mass using a unique strength training method referred to as Slow Cadence Strength Training. This form of Strength Training allows us to obtain an equally effective workout in just One 20 Minute Session per week. Our gym equipment is customizable and allows us to set up each machine to fit each person specifically while also greatly reducing the risk of injury. We operate on an appointment only basis and our Initial Orientations are Complimentary with no purchase necessary.
