Best personal training gym in Sarasota. The trainers are excellent and so is the equipment and variety of sessions. I personally would recommend Simon, but they are all terrific.

Balance is an amazing place to workout! I've been going for personal training sessions for over 10 years. The new location is amazing! I love that they offer more than just the personal training- the massages, yoga, etc.

Incredible staff - very knowledgeable and do a great job at personalizing your workout! Location is awesome - equipment is state of the art! Best work out facility in Sarasota!
