Customers report great service and great communication through the whole purchase process. Orders are delivered on time by drivers who are on time and courteous, and one driver was able to get a big dump truck of rip rap rock to the back of a yard with precision. The crew is friendly. I have checked several locations and ended up at Big Earth on Fruitville Rd. Shyanne was extremely knowledgeable in the available product and even made recommendations based on my needs. The customer service was excellent.
