Called there and no one answers. "That feeling is the BMO effect. We're here to help" What a Lie!! The only way to get rid of that horrible feeling is to use another bank.You can see the Digital Care Team just copies and pastes the same thing as the complaints pile up.

DO NOT go to this branch.The worse customer service.And for the second time now, the teller Chandler Pennington gave me a very hard time when I went to get cash from my business account. Just because the check was deposited today, even though I have more than two years relationship with BMO Harris Bank, on top of this, the check is from a company that pays me every single week which never had a problem.BMO Harris Bank supposed to be a bank that supports small business, instead give us a hard time with no reason.

I like the accessibility of this location. Had a great experience with Chandler who helped me with what I thought was an account security issue. He listened to my concerns, took care of the issue, and reassured me about a lot of things with my banking.

Don’t waste your time with this bank. Customer service, mobile banking, and ease of doing business is terrible. Extreme lack of communication among the staff. Go to suncoast or somewhere else that will take better care of you.

I have never been treated so rudely at any bank. I brought in $32 worth of pennies to deposit into my money market account and the teller refused to accept my deposit saying she had no room for the pennies. This is after telling me she had no pennies to sell to me the week before. Since she had none then it only stood to reason that she needed pennies to make change. I refuse to ever step foot in that branch again. I will transfer all my accounts to another bank that seems a touch more friendly.

I don’t even want to leave a star. Terrible customer service. One person in an office was watching a game show and eating salad. Another at the counter said ‘ just a minute’ and then proceeded to count out an entire drawer and not acknowledge me for the next ten minutes... then another customer came in that apparently knew salad-girl by name and he was serviced immediately with “ oh, come to the first window” by-passing me and my son. Terrible bank.

No One at this bank knows what is going on. every time I call in someone tells me something different. Every time I look at my online banking it reflects a different balance. If you value your money, Stay far away from this bank.

This has got to be the worst bank ever. The online banking very rarely reflects your true balance. Items that are pending show up as posted more often than now. When you have a problem don't even think of visiting a branch. The employees as usually as much in the dark as you are about what is going to happen. Stay clear of this bank

As i write this review, i am on the phone sitting on hold with BMO credit services, and as usual, the hold times are insanely long. I award you 1 star, and may God have mercy on your soul.
