Called there and no one answers. "That feeling is the BMO effect. We're here to help" What a Lie!! The only way to get rid of that horrible feeling is to use another bank.You can see the Digital Care Team just copies and pastes the same thing as the complaints pile up.

I like the accessibility of this location. Had a great experience with Chandler who helped me with what I thought was an account security issue. He listened to my concerns, took care of the issue, and reassured me about a lot of things with my banking.
