Ryan provided fantastic customer service. He explained my repair options and was able to perform the repair quickly. I chose to expedite the shipment of a needed part by the next day. I called initially on a Monday, the ordered part arrived on Tuesday, and by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. Very happy.
