Was able to get in and out quickly, and was assisted with my request for a key copy right away. When I had a problem with the new key that wouldn't work in the lock, they took a long look, remade it twice more, and gave me the one they felt was the best match. That one worked! No extra charge.

Went in to the store last week because I needed to replace my door knob had to go in 2 different occasions to return the knob because the screws didn’t fit the knobs i go and I exchange it got a new one the next day same thing happens I go in and I tell the lady at the register she just couldnt believe what was going on she call her boss and he came over mad at the point that I’m returning the same product I did yesterday I show him the problem and his response was putting a door knob is easy as 1,2,3 I was like okay make the screws go in two people could don’t it. Some heavy set employee even told me maybe you should call a contractor to do this for you like if I never in my life changed a door knob long story short I got my return went to a different ace hardware bought the same knobs there and they worked never will I go in to this store with such rude Management & poor customer services!
