We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage - online, phone and in-person. Staff is very nice - kudos to Lori, who welcomed us and showed us where our unit was located. So far, all is going well.

I was looking to change my unit to a smaller one. Phil suggested 2 to pick from that were very close to my original one make it an easier transition. He was great! Very kind and pleasant. Thank you Phil.
