Not just a number!A person’s banking needs and finances are as unique as they are so why would you go to a bank who treats you like a number and doesn’t know you from the next person? When you walk in you’re not greeted by a random teller or worse yet a machine. You’ll sit at their desks and receive personalized service. They even know your name. Ha, isn’t that a novelty these days! Highly recommend doing business with First Citizens Bank!

Lisa Lawler is a firecracker turned banker. She comes to my office for my banking. Let me repeat that. Lisa comes out to my office so I can do my banking. I have a little tiny business, and Lisa comes out to see me to do my banking. She is on top of everything. She sends me reminder messages so that I have the best banking experience. Once you meet Lisa, you will bank with Lisa!

Bank merge handled terribly. Coming from Entegra bank, no notifications of merger, no new debit card or info, and my money is stuck in my old account until Monday. I have bills and children, today is payday, yet I have ZERO access to any of my money. No one can do anything except lie about solutions. I was told since I’m in a different state I could go withdraw my money as cash at a branch here, I get there and do not even exist as a customer. No one notified me my debit card would be shut off at 2 pm, and that I wouldn’t have access to money, or be able to use my card or even transfer my money to another account. At least at the branch in person, the lady was much more polite and professional than the first lady I spoke to on the phone. Will close my account ASAP and find a bank who keeps customers informed, and has better customer service.
