I'm terrified right now because this office hasn't called me back and it's my fault if I die in the next couple daysv For letting them put me in her anesthesia. The prep they put me on is horrible for me. I've left messages and talked to people and hoping will get back to me before I go under anesthesia. Just know I'm terrified, if I can even get in touch With this practice, usually three to seven tries!!! I usually have to drive to the office to get in touch with this group. They are SO rude. It's crazy. I dread the painful phone calls with these rude nasty receptionists. I have to pay to talk to these horrible human beings. Why aren't they working in a warehouse? Not in front of people. They are the worst. I am dismissed when I call AND when go in for my appointments with Dr. S. He is so dismissive of me I don't feel comfortable in this place ever ever

Took MONTHS to get an appt but I needed a consult before I could be booked for a procedure. - I booked a tele-health appt for 11:20AM for that consult. The nurse called me to get preliminary info at 11:15 and told me the doctor would call me for my 11:20 appt. I waited 40 minutes for the call. I called his office and was told "he was in clinic" and would call me. I asked why was I given an appt if he is not going to keep it??? The only response I got was- the Dr will call you. I will go elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusted with this practice. First, it's hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Then, if you have a pressing health issue, you don't receive a call back. If you're lucky enough to get a call back, they offer an appointment in 5 days, or they tell you to go to urgent care. Why do I need my primary physician then? Time to find a new provider who actually cares about the patients.

Dr. Keeley has been wonderful for both of my children, but I never get to see her. Every time I call, I am put on hold for a very very very long time, then when I get through, they are rude. I am never given the opportunity to see my own doctor on any sick visits… And I’m currently still waiting for my children’s medical records that I have requested Online, and on the phone. I am currently trying to leave and go to another doctor.

I can't begin to describe the awful care I have received from numerous providers associated with First Physicians Group. They are hard to get a hold of, the front desk staff is rude, and the CARE is deplorable. If the doctors that I saw are representative of the quality of all doctors, I fear for the future of medicine in this country. I thought that my GI would be my saving grace, but then I was disappointed. They send you to the hospital for "convenience" and then I was saddled with a large bill from the hospital that my insurance wouldn't cover (normally bloodwork is ALWAYS covered, but they did not warn me that they were coding it as a specialist appointment and that it would be very expensive. Even more frustrating, they didn't even follow up on my bloodwork until over a month later. These doctors should all be ashamed of themselves. It is obvious they don't truly care about their patients. This is a terrible facility. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

First time office visit. Starting with a new Doctor. Dr "O" was very nice. Easy to talk to. I was in and out in about an hour with no complaints.

Couldn't be happier with Dr Brus. Outstanding physician who keeps current. Has overseen my husband and my health care for 8 years. Best physician we have ever had. Yes office staff needs some PR tips but when you have a great Dr you will endure anything!

AWFUL I called MID FEB for neurology appt. I asked where they are in their appointment book so I would know whether or not I was going to wait. I was told they WOULD NOT discuss anything with me without a faxed referral from my primary. I don't need a referral to go to a doctor. But I asked Why? "Because that's how we do things" it took ONE MONTH for my referral" to Get into their system" March 14 I am told the first appointment is mid August. MID AUGUST!! I have lost a month of my life at a time when I am ill. I need a neurologist and this is why I called her. Mid August? Mid February they could have told me and I would've found someone more available. If you NEED a neurologist, and you call here? I wish you the best. You better not be sick.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. PLEASE read the reviews. The staff for Dr.Somer are complete trash, and they have absolutely no respect for their patients. Very disappointing considering Dr.Somer was spoken highly of and her staff has made her look terrible. Patty from the front desk doesn’t even let you speak before rushing you off the phone with an attitude and the other nurses are just as rude. Not a comfortable place for care. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Asked for an appointment as a new patient. Of their 200 doctors, only one was taking new general practitioner appointments and has nothing available until August or 6 months from now.

They make you call for days and leave messages that don’t get returned just for a simple refill that the Dr prescribed. Terrible service.

Doctor Workman is a fabulous doctor, she is professional, attentive, and caring. I have always found her to be available and helpful. My last experience I needed the help of a nurse named Brenda and she was just as professional, friendly, and caring as doctor workman. Brenda went above and beyond to make sure I had all necessary paperwork, when traveling overseas. I really appreciate people like Dr. Workman and Brenda.
