We've been a customer of Franklin Lighting for approximately 4 years and we're very disappointed in their total lack of customer service when it comes to warranty issues. We purchased two LED exterior sconce lights in 2021 for our SW Florida home. The first light failed (defective LED component) eleven months after the purchase date and five year warranty, which they replaced the entire fixture. The second light failed at the end of December 2023 and notified Franklin Lighting of the second warranty claim (defective LED component). After waiting 4 plus weeks for the warranty claim resolution they notified us that our parts came in. I questioned them about the "parts" portion of their email and that's when they told us they supply the parts only and the customers are responsible for the repair. We are done with Franklin Lighting!

We had a great experience here choosing new pendant lights & a chandelier! There’s a large selection and the prices were decent! We were able to bring home our pieces same day, they gave suggestions for local electricians as well! Will definitely be back when we’re ready to update more!

What a resource Franklin Lighting is! We've built several houses and used Franklin as our primary source for fans and chandeliers with styles ranging from traditional to condo-modern and in between. They also have a wonderful selection of vanity lights. Our sales person,Theresa, couldn't have been more helpful through the process. She is efficient and helpful and so much fun to work with. She is our go-to person at Franklin!

Franklin has the best selection in house and by working with Brenda we were able to find some items that they didn’t necessarily have there but she quickly took to our tastes and we were able to find just the right selection to make our new house our home. Thank you Brenda
