“I had stopped in this location because I was close. I had planned a full day of shopping for a mattress and frame to replace our old one. I walked in and the sales lady was very welcoming, and the first thing she asked what I wanted and what I liked it and what I was looking for. Once I gave her that information and we also spoke what I'd like to spend, she showed me everything that she had to offer that was in my price range and exactly the field that I was looking for. After looking at probably six mattresses I chose the one that I felt was the best for me. She never was pushy for a better or more expensive mattress or frame, she was just very pleased that she had something that fit my needs. I felt that the customer service that I received was well worth any extra money I made a paid, but I didn't. I didn't have to pay extra to get somebody to listen to what I wanted. If you're looking for a mattress I definitely suggest going to this mattress firm location. Yeah maybe a pain in the butt to get to, don't miss it it's right two doors down from Chick-fil-A. But I can tell you that you're going to get a mattress that you're going to like or you're not going to be sold one. And once again I want to say how refreshing it was to have someone that actually listen and was not trying to just make money.”

“This review is long overdue, but here goes. I purchased the Osaki DuoMax SE in May of 2025 as a long-term sufferer of pain.
A friend recommended the Daiwa Supreme and I thought, I sit in a massage chair one every 2-3 weeks at my nail appointments, and how cool it could be to have one at my house. Then I saw the price and said nope, the nail appointment use would be just fine.
Well one search on these chairs and in came an influx of adds, thanks google; and I might have signed up for a coupon for this great idea. In conversations with my friend, the deal that was available when her chair was purchased was nowhere in sight. In the mean time, I was going back and forth with the pros and cons and had decided no deal, no chair. Of course, I then received a just in time for Mother’s Day sale on all sorts of chairs. I fell for the trap and went to try out these chairs. I still thought they were too expensive and was overwhelmed walking into the Modern Back with the smorgasbord of massage chairs. I was greeted by Daniel and told him of the recommend chair. He said no problem, let's head that way. In conversation we discussed what I was looking for and he said, here is the chair you asked for, however I think this one may suit you better. If you have time, let's try out both of them. That set up, led me into trying out a variety of chairs in multiple price points.
About an hour or so later, I was now between the Daiwa Supreme and Osaki DuoMax SE.
They were very similar in price point, functionality yet Daiwa offered a better warranty than Osaki.
What tipped me toward Osaki is the foot massage capability. The enclosed foot compartment that allows for a roller technique was a game changer. 6 months later, I have no regrets on this investment. Yes, it is an investment for the price paid.
I am not pain free, but it is a good go to in between my pain rehab.
Love that it helps me relax and unwind daily.
It has so many bells and whistles I have not tapped into yet, but I enjoy the automatic settings pre loaded and creating my own setting.
There is a stretch mode I really enjoy that provides a good back stretch and pain relief.
The controls are user friendly.
Tom, the owner popped in. He was very friendly and told me a little more about him and the history of the company.
I would be remiss if I did not mention the white glove service provided by Mr. Charles delivering and assembling the chair.
He was very patient, friendly and personable while working. He did everything to perfection!!

“Very nice experience all the way around.. when we couldn't find a leather sofa in a certain color, Tammy guided us to consider one in their clearance section, which turned out to be the perfect color, it was also comfortable and at a discounted price as well. The delivery team was super considerate of our floors when I had a concern about the wheels on their dolly, they carried it in by hand.. and when they discovered that the power cord was missing, they called the store and made sure it was there, and when they offered to bring it, we decided to pick it up from the store the next day. The manager, Dave, made sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to ship at Havertys, and we will go there again!”
“We had a wonderful experience with Bee ridge lighting! From the first appointment I had with Laura, I knew we'd be a great fit! I had gone into the showroom before the ordering process started to take a look and see what they had. I didn't realize until after our first one on one meeting that they are able to outsource and order outside of what you see in their showroom. That really put me as ease and I was excited to have such a variety of choices. We had multiple meetings before placing the order for our new home and every time I came in with an idea or something I found online- Laura was able to make it happen! I found it a little difficult to figure out where to start since we worked with Bee ridge lighting for our whole home (interior & exterior) but Laura's knowledge and ability to understand my vision really helped me and once a few big things were chosen, we developed a nice work flow to have everything come together perfectly.
