“Stopped in for the first time as we are about 1.5hrs south in N. Ft. Myers and what a lovely shop! They have Scandinavian candy, cheese, food, cookbooks and all kinds of items, gifts and more. We were trying to decide whether to buy Icelandic chocolate as I've been researching Iceland as I'd love to visit one day and the woman was so helpful and told us it was delicious and it is! Very nice people and helpful. Wi definitely stop by next time we are up that way!”

“Lived here for 2 years. Moved out about a month ago, due to family reasons. Overall, this is an awesome place, great staff, friendly and polite neighbors. “Mad love for this shop. It never fails to inspire me. Unique offerings that could only be sourced in niche markets and on the streets all over Africa. Gary is an amazing curator of cool African art. Don’t miss this Sarasota gem. He knows the artists and their lore and he really cares about his artisans. I find his shop absolutely perfect if you need a gift. Today I bought a soft, pink kikoy and a sculpture of a guitar player made out of a fork and a spark plug and they are just wonderful!”

“Great place for an evening dinner with a sunset at the beach as a bonus. Mr Jeff took good care of us. I had the pasta dish and asked for it to be spicy and they accommodated. I spent about $35 on one spicy fish and pasta dish. Also the complementary bread was warm, fresh and a crunch on the crust. Will definitely be back.”
