“Had some Amazon returns. I was confused as to why it took me so far from home to make my returns, but it did. They gladly accepted them. The associate was very friendly and polite. She explained that Amazon owned Whole Foods and that’s why the returns went there. It was a little confusing. Trying to figure out where to go once I got there. Their customer service desk was kind of tucked away, making it more visible when you’re leaving rather than when you’re entering the store.”

“It's a great, family-owned health store. I found it a few years ago when visiting Der Dutchman but didn't think much of it at the time. Recently, I've started focusing on my health and re-discovered this store. In the process, I've realized how much of a gem it is. The prices and quality of the products are great, and the customer service is also superb. After they recently discontinued their bulk unflavored whey, Melissa went above and beyond to help me find a suitable replacement. I am truly grateful for that and appreciate the communal sentiment I got from the experience.”

“This is in regard to Sprouts in Sarasota FL. I really like their approach to grocery shopping although we don't (can't) buy everything here. Limited selections on household items, but we do find produce, meats, fish, bakery, deli, dairy, vitamins, and health & beauty items we prefer here over other places. As long as you don't expect this to be a one stop shop you can find a lot of stuff including some wines you can't find elsewhere. They recycle your plastic bags and are genuinely helpful.”

“As a person who frequently goes to the gym, I personally love this store. I have been to multiple over the years and this one is the one I’d travel long distances to go to. Most of the time, the employees don’t even know the difference between pre workout and protein powder. Stephano at the university location was well knowledged and even gave me recommendations based on my experiences. The wheybolic clinically proven performance protein GNC AMP advanced muscle performance is the best I’ve had in a while. Stephano has not only the most powerful customer service out of all the locations but the knowledge of a customer himself, making myself more aware of what I am purchasing and willing to make future purchases. Second I hate that there isn't a smoothie king around Boston so if you see this PLEASE OPEN ONE UP HERE. It's a great place to go for a post-workout protein shake. I have to say that although there is two locations I prefer this one I don't like the drive through location. This one is the better of the two!”

“Arrived three hours before my scheduled appointment at 10PM. The Security guard was very helpful in suggesting various places to park until my return at 9PM. There are very limited places in the immediate area to park if you arrive too early. However there is a local supermarket that will allow you to sit for several hours. The local Sheriff's department will not allow trucks to park on McIntosh road. Also they will not allow you to park in the driveway entrance as this will obstruct the flow of traffic. Overall my delivery went surprisingly smoothly.”

In my experience they are more effective than prescription medical drugs. Superior customer service. I got a dosed homeopathic item, and sprayer never worked.
