Will overcharge as much as possible. Their record system is terrible. They always have to ask what maintenance I need, and have had in the past when I go in there. I've given them multiple passes but they continue to disappointed.

Only downside -- don't bother making a service appointment online because they don't bother to check for requests there. But once I was there I was treated extremely well and was offered a loaner and they came out to my house to drop it off. I would givre it 5 stars if they fixed the online request.
