“Outstanding Service Thomas is someone who you can rely on!I originally brought my car in for a brake fluid flush on my BMW 528i x-drive.I had also asked Thomas to please take a look at the “check engine” light on my vehicle.Prior to going to Thomas I went to BMW of Sarasota and I had them look at the check engine light as well.BMW of Sarasota had told me the problem was coming from my Engine Coolant Thermostat and they quoted me thousands of dollars to fix the issue.Thomas is so knowledgeable and such an expert!He did some research and actually found out that the Engine Coolant Thermostat for my vehicle is under extended warranty up to 10 years or 120,000 miles so really the replacement BMW of Sarasota had quoted me for should be free of charge.I called BMW of Sarasota back and sure thing after providing all the facts I qualified for the replacement!This story just goes to show how honest Thomas is and for that I can’t thank him enough!Next time you have a concern with your vehicle bring it over to the European Car Doctor you will be in great hands!”

Team keeps you informed as to what is being done, when it's completed with an email, text message and phone call. Their facility is very clean for a service center. They have a shuttle service to get you where you need to be and will pick you back up to get your car. Was very important to me, since I only have my one car most of the time. I would highly recommend them for foreign and domestic vehicles. I have a Mercedes Benz and it's not easy to find someone in the area that can work on this car other than the dealership.They had to replace my motor mounts, which is a rather extensive repair.”

“I have been in to this shop several times over the past few years. We put news tires on one car, trouble shot issues on my daughter’s car and installed new brake pads and rotors for my wife’s car. I have been very happy with the quality of service and the people working there are really what keeps me coming back. In particular Richard is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My daughter drove by on her way to school and Richard recognized the car and saw she had a tail light out. He called me and I had her swing by and he fixed it so quickly. I don’t know how long it may have gone unnoticed if Richard hadn’t seen it and known the car. The people there are the best!”
