“I took my vehicle to this body shop right after another vehicle backed into me to receive a quick estimate for the damage to determine if insurance needed to get involved. I was helped by the GM, James DeRosa initially, and after a quick assessment he supplied me with the esitmate shortly thereafter that day. Upon dropping the vehicle off for repair (after insurance claim), they coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up and supply me with a rental for the duration of the repair process (2 weeks for a small repair). After work was completed I retrieved my vehicle only to discover what appeared to be new damage done by the body shop. I dealt specifically with James with regard to the damage I thought was their fault. At first he was pretty upset and adamant that his shop didn't cause the damage, but after we reviewed the intake photos it was clear the damage was not there when I dropped the vehicle off, as they map existing damage so this type of thing doesn't happen. With that, they accepted responsibility and got me back in within a couple weeks to repair the damage, and provided another rental (even though it was the cheapest POS Enterprise had). When making the repair they discovered the work done previously was crap, and when the vehicle was in the spray booth, apparently the heat caused the previous repair to push out and crack. Although they didn't cause the original damage, they made it right. I applaud their professionalism and quality of work and feel confident that if I need further repairs, this is the shop to bring it to.”

“My F-150 got side-swiped on Fruitville Highway — the entire front right fender was scratched up badly. I was sure it would need a full repaint. Mike took a look, explained exactly what he could do, and got every single scratch out. It looks brand new, like it never happened. What really stood out to me is the honesty. They could have easily told me it needed a repaint and charged me for it, and I never would have known the difference. Instead, they did the right thing and saved me the money. That tells you everything you need to know about this shop. I won't go anywhere else for body work, and I'll be sending everyone I know here. Five stars isn't enough.”

Granted we’re off season at this time but I’m moving out of state next day and discovered all my belongings didn’t fit in the u-box so I was desperate. Looks very custom and the cuts made were flawless. Price was reasonable.”

I had a lot of damage to the passenger side of my pick up. They replaced two doors, the bed, and a portion of the frame and it looks brand new. They even washed my car and vacuumed out the inside. I think they only had my truck for about a week or so Couldn’t be happier.”

“I needed the positive battery cable cut back because it was giving me some issues due to corrosion. I went to another shop off of Sawyer and Beeridge and they quoted me $120. That sounded high so I called this place and they were able to do it on the spot for me for $25!!! They even replaced the terminal. I have taken 2 other cars there before and I don't know why I just didn't go there first. They're also super kind and friendly. Tom and Roger made my day.”

“The silver lingering behind an unfortunate accident!
This good news story is about an unexpected accident that happened (not our fault) just as we were preparing to store our vehicle leaving the area for an extended period. Bad luck turned into good luck by being referred to Perdigao Auto.
We had loads of reasons to be worried including the short timeframe before our departure, plans we could not change, concerns about availability of parts, etc.
Somehow everything worked out thanks to the solution-oriented, quality-minded Julie and the Perdigao repair team.
On so many levels, service was exceptional. Outstanding quality of work, respectful and responsive relationship with our insurance company, regular status updates to us virtually, photos and videos showing the progress of work done and then making arrangements for delivery of our vehicle to our reserved storage.
Each interaction was friendly and positive, to the point where we’d almost wish to have another accident knowing this outstanding family-owned company would be taking care of our beloved Mercedes convertible.
