“Very nice experience all the way around.. when we couldn't find a leather sofa in a certain color, Tammy guided us to consider one in their clearance section, which turned out to be the perfect color, it was also comfortable and at a discounted price as well. The delivery team was super considerate of our floors when I had a concern about the wheels on their dolly, they carried it in by hand.. and when they discovered that the power cord was missing, they called the store and made sure it was there, and when they offered to bring it, we decided to pick it up from the store the next day. The manager, Dave, made sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to ship at Havertys, and we will go there again!”

Ricardo greeted us and helped us and answered all of our questions no matter how small or big. He was very patient and took time to explain everything to us and was very patient listening to what we needed. We finally made a decision and had it delivered. The day before delivery we went back.to the store and spoke to Nico and he was great also. When everything was delivered again we cannot say enough about the great service we received from the 2 delivery people. They removed our old mattress and box spring and set everything up for us. Made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Just as they were leaving I asked them to come back and move the bed a little. They came right back.in, no complaints. They were fantastic. This was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Mattress Home to everyone. Give it a try and you will never go anywhere else believe me.”

He wasn’t pushy, and he truly just wanted us to make the right decision for ourselves. He offered guidance but didn’t lean us in one direction or the other. Everyone else in the store was great, and even printed up some info on how to sleep better while pregnant, since we are expecting a baby soon.
