“We have been putting off mattress shopping forever. Couldn’t think of anything worse. Hate trying to buy important items as sales people usually hover and don’t give me space to just think. Our experience with Shawn/Sean ( at UTC, Lakewood Ranch, Florida) was fantastic. He offered us assistance and information but then just left us alone to relax and take our time to deliberate over the mattresses. Offered us pillows and didn’t feel like he was upselling us at all. He also price matched for us online with free delivery. Usually my husband who hates sales pitches - doesn’t buy on the spot - he will make us check other places or buy online - but he liked Shawn and was happy to give him the sale. Highly recommend - Ask for Shawn!”

“We had a great experience with SEB Mattress and especially with Sebastian! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It took us multiple visits to decide on the right mattress, and he always took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Sebastian was also very communicative while we waited for everything to arrive and made delivery easy and seamless, working around our schedule. The personal attention and customer service really stood out. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend SEB Mattress if you are looking for a clean, organic mattress!”

“UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because, after I posted my original review, corporate reached out and requested additional photos of the mattress. I promptly provided the photos, and my warranty claim was approved the very next day. While it’s unfortunate that it took a negative review to get a response, I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved. I’m happy to report that my replacement mattress is scheduled to be delivered this Friday. Thank you to everyone who assisted in getting this matter settled. I am writing this review about Mattress Firm as a corporation, not the Doral store location. The employees at the Doral store have been extremely helpful and have genuinely tried to assist us throughout this process. Unfortunately, the issue lies with the company’s handling of our warranty claim. We purchased a high-end Beautyrest Black mattress in February 2025, spending nearly $5,000 with the expectation that it would provide years of comfort and support. Instead, within less than a year, the mattress began to sag significantly, causing worsening back pain. Even employees at the store acknowledged that, on occasion, customers may receive a defective mattress. Two months ago, when we returned to Mattress Firm to purchase a mattress for our son, we were informed that they no longer carried the same Beautyrest Black model because it had been experiencing defects and customers were returning them. We have carefully followed every instruction and policy provided by Mattress Firm to submit our claim. We have sent multiple photos showing the measurements of the indentations using a ruler, exactly as requested. Yet, despite complying with all of their requirements, we continue to be told that the evidence is “not enough.” We have repeatedly asked for a representative to come inspect the mattress in person, but our requests have gone unanswered. At this point, it feels as though our concerns are falling on deaf ears. It is incredibly disappointing that a company can so easily sell you a product, but when it comes time to honor a warranty and exchange what appears to be a defective mattress, they make the process so difficult that customers eventually give up. A $5,000 mattress should not deteriorate in less than a year. We are simply asking Mattress Firm to stand behind the products they sell and do the right thing by honoring their warranty commitment.”

“We are long time customers of Matress Firm, this is our third purchase and we have always experienced great service and fair pricing. Jaime, located at the Kendall store near 127th Ave was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. We priced the Matress of our choice in other places but frankly although we perhaps could have saved a few hundred dollars, we decided to purchase from Jaime because remaining loyal to his service and his impeccable attention to our needs was worth much more than saving a bit of money. We absolutely recommend this company but especially Jaime, who will surely go above and beyond to assist with anyone’s purchases. Will remain grateful customers and absolutely will return for any future purchases”

“Had a great experience here! Allan my Sleep Expert (title fits!) was very knowledgeable, kind, hospitable, honest, and patiently explained all the various mattress options. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate this combination and the nice layout of the store! We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed (8 hours/day), and getting the right mattress is sooo important. They won't steer you wrong here and have excellent financing, sleep trial, and price protection programs. Highly recommend!!”

“The store has a great selection of chairs and other furniture for those of us with back issues. I selected a nice office chair that was custom built. It took longer than expected to ship the chair. Omar Herrera, the store manager, offered to loan me a floor model chair while mine was being built/shipped and ready for delivery. He went above and beyond to help me out. “My husband and I dealt with Jose at the Coral Gables location. What an amazing experience we had. He was very pleasant. Had all the answers to our questions. He was not pushy and wasn’t interested so much in the sale as he was that we were choosing the right mattress for our conditions. He was calm and always smiling (of course we made him laugh a few times) He was very professional. We sold mattresses at one time and knew all about them. So we knew if what he was telling us was true or not. Their customer service is excellent and I would recommend anyone to check them out and if you do please see Jose and tell him I sent you!! Enjoy the experience. You will be very satisfied.”

“Our sales representative, Juan Flores, was absolutely exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly outstanding at his job. My wife and I were both there, and he guided us to the perfect products with confidence and expertise. He understood the materials, the background, and every detail — and he met every one of my wife’s needs, even though she can be very indecisive. Juan is the first person who has ever made her feel completely comfortable and confident during a purchase. We left extremely happy with both our selection and our delivery date. He is the kind of professional you stay loyal to — the person we will always return to and follow up with for future purchases.”

Javi has always been extremely patient and thorough addressing all of my questions along the way. The patience, customer service and entire experience were 10/10 and all of my future purchases will be at Miami Mattress and with Javi specifically. Thank you Javier with making this such a great experience.”
