I’ve started getting pain in my Achilles lately and knew I had to get new shoes that had great support. I was looking at getting a pair of Hokas, because of all the good things people say about them. After trying on both the HOKA Clifton 9 and the new Vans Crosspath, I decided to go with the vans mainly, because they feel like the Hokas. Also these are weather treated and Hokas are not, so as mobile Detailer whose on their feet all day the Vans were a no brainer.”

“Let me start by saying that journeys is not a store that comes to the top of my mind when I’m shoe shopping. Today, however I was on a mission to find a pair of double strap sandals for a trip I am going on next month. I knew that different brands made these including Birkenstock. I wasn’t having luck at other stores and I decided to walk into this store. I was immediately greeted by this young lady who said welcome in. A few short moments later, she came right up to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately took me over to the men’s section. It was there she showed me a beautiful selection in many different colors I might add of exactly what I was looking for! She asked what size shoe I wore and recommended going down in size since this particular Birkenstock only came in full sizes. When she brought them out, she was absolutely correct! I definitely needed to go down to a 9 and not go up to a 10. She even brought out a second pair in a different size just in case. She was right on point. They fit perfectly. It took me a few minutes to make the decision to go ahead and buy them because this is not a style of sandal I would usually purchase, however they looked great on. She explained that they would start off hard, and as I wore them, they would soften up and mold to my feet. I was sold! I took them and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am excited to wear these on my trip! I was very impressed with this young lady, she exceeded my expectations!”
“I visited Macy's at UTC this afternoon in search of a suit. I don't own one and have to attend a funeral next weekend in Dallas. Being that this is more than likely to be the only time I wear this suit, I wasn't looking to spend very much. Yet, I didn't want to look like I was wearing a $50 suit! I had already shopped for many hours visiting other stores where when I expressed that I wasn't looking to spend much for this one-time outfit I was quickly dismissed. That was NOT the experience I had at Macy's. A wonderful woman greeted me while she was working with, at least 3 other customers. I took note of the fact that she was SO busy, yet she took the time to not only greet me but and help direct me where I would find what I was looking for. Once she had a few minutes to spare, she picked right up from where she left me and helped me hown in on finer details I was unaware of. Did I mention I don't have a suit, nor do I know the "in" styles are.
I was really impressed how she could break away from me and help someone else without skipping a beat. I witnessed she wasn't only incredibly helpful for me....it was every one she interacted with. I ended up buying a suit, shirt, tie, belt, and even shoes!! My wife was FLOORED when I got home. My fit is so dialed, I've never been so excited to attend a funeral!!
I'm not sure I will be shopping for another suit anytime soon but if I did or if I have a friend who is? I would hunt down my new friend Sissy at the UTC Macy's!! Thank you Sissy!”
“Great place for western apparel shopping. The place had a ton of neat belt buckles and shirts. I do wish the had a wider variety of hats! I found two I liked, but they didn’t have the size I needed. The associate was a tad bit unapproachable. She gave me a (bad) funny look as I asked her for advice.”

“I visited good as new consignment today to find my wedding dress. Little did I know, it was going to be an amazing experience and I would walk out the door with my perfect dress.
Kim kindly greeted my mother and I as we were entering the store this morning. She was super helpful right off the bat, explaining sizing and helpful tips. I immediately found dresses I loved and she was so quick to grab them from us to set up in the dressing room so we weren’t holding them. When it was finally time to try on, she helped fluff the train on every dress so I could get the full effect. She added belts, veils, etc. whatever I might’ve needed to really see if I truly loved the dress. She was extremely helpful in every way. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience so special even being at a consignment shop. Which has SUPERIOR choices I must add. I literally cannot believe how easy finding my perfect dress was and there were so many sizes to choose from. My perfect dress fit me like a glove, like it was meant to be mine! You will probably get better customer service here rather than a bridal shop anyways. And for a fraction of the price! Now I can spend the big bucks on a honeymoon!! She provided heels to try on with the dress as well. Literally everything you would need to get the full bridal effect, Kim already thought of. At the end, when purchasing my dress and veil, she put everything in a nice zip up bag to keep my dress and veil protected AND even provided me with a woman who does alterations as the only part of my dress that needs any alterations is the breast area and I will be adding a bustle! I will be recommending this store to many of my friends. I most definitely recommend shopping for your wedding dress here, P.S. a lot of the wedding dresses are BRAND NEW WITH TAGS! FOR THE SAME GREAT PRICE! I am so relieved to have found not only this store, but for Kim’s wonderful help. Kindness goes A LONG WAY. So thank you, Kim!”

“Oct24Update: Im starting to suspect that these employees are being mistreated or something… the ones that used to be so nice are now extremely passive aggressive just as you walked in. I used to have nice conversations with them, they used to smile… I feel something weird its happening in that store.
Previous: I’ve been a Fabletics customer for over 3 years now. The clothes are super long lasting and great fitting. This store is great! I never had an issue with an employee or the membership. I do sign up for the offer, buy what I want, and I cancel my membership online in just two clicks. Use chat gpt if you don’t read, but stop blaming others for your shopping experience. You have to cancel a membership if you don’t want to get charged. Easy exchanges as well in the store. Its a great brand.”
