The guys that claims to be “manager” here has no customer service, they have a new deal and say that they are out of stock and couldn’t help us. but never tell you to go on the phone and talk to someone there. By phone they will activate your line and send you your phone by mail. Don’t waste your time with someone just letting time pass for them to get paid.
This store is privately owned so don’t bother asking for higher up, the guy that just rolled out of bed is the higher up so that tells you everything you need to know.

This place really pissed me off. I went into this store looking to buy a new phone and was informed there was only 1 phone available for sale. Hmmm its almost Xmas and you have no phones in stock to sell yet demos everywhere??!! The inventory should be stocked during holidays not empty!! I decided to go buy a phone elsewhere bran new and just needed to have it connected to the network. I came back to this store to connect the phone and was told it was gonna be 27bux so I agreed to it. As im answering a bunch of ridiculous questions like where did I live in year 2000? What was my zip code at that time? Whats my pin? ETC I began to feel like I was in an interrogation room. So I answered all these bs questions to the best of my ability to a woman that spoke no english only for her to tell me she couldn't do it. I took the phone down the street to another Metro POS store and an indian guy did in in 5 mins!!! Terrible customer service! I am in sales so I understand the staff gets paid peanuts hourly and relies on sales, but cmon now!!! Do BETTER!! Customers always come first! I will never return to this location and I will make it known to friends and family not to go either.

They two younger girls just lied to my face. Don't waste you time going here if you want quality service. They're just more concerned with playing on their phones or talking to each other and don't care to help customers. I will never go back to this location unless they replace the staff.

Do NOT buy a phone here!!! Bought a brand new phone. A day later found out the signal for phone is no good. Called 611 and said they would exchange it. This store says they are not connected to corporate and all sales final!! No returns or exchanges. Even if the phone isn't working right. I got scammed 250.00. now have to get another phone from somewhere else that works. I always go to this store but never again. ... Do not waste ur money here.

My aunt went to transfer her line from a different company and they added “free” accessories and charged her for all of them.They never provided receipt of the sale transactions, likely to cover up the charges that they hid.Do not go to this store. They will lie and hide charges in order for employees to win a commission.

Beware, do not go to this store. They will lie about offering a "free" charger and will instead secretly charge you and not provide a receipt in order to win a commission. Ensure that you ask them for a receipt and go over all of the charges. Cables are NOT free, chargers are NOT free, cases are NOT free, nothing is free.
