Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent and friendly customer service with attentive and patient staff who make purchasing a phone a delightful and educational experience. The personnel are great at problem-solving and help customers get good deals on phones from brands like Samsung. The store has improved over many years, with bilingual service available. Some long-time customers note a frustration with parent company promotions, but remain loyal to Metro for its unbeatable prepaid plans with unlimited talk, text, and data and its 5G phones.
Came in 3/27, Juan was very knowledgeable and patient in assisting me with transferring my number to a new phone and even helped me gain access to my account after losing my old login information when other locations turned me away

Service in this location is great. I'm not exactly sure why they don't answer calls there. But it would help if they did so that some of us can get information before possibly showing up without all the facts, materials, or info needed for transactions. But thanks anyway.
