I walked in and a lady came out to greet me. She was able to meet with me quickly. We are still working on a fraudulent charge on my account, however, she was very helpful.

this must be a training branch for this bank. I hardly ever see the same people and the girls who use to wait on me are no longer there. They are always understaffed and one person is usually multi-tasking to take care of everyone. This review is base on a friday which is probably a busier day than most and they need better... read full comment
