First-time visitors report a welcoming experience, with extremely helpful staff who greet customers with a smile and assist in locating specific items. The selection is excellent, and the customer service is praised. Customers appreciate the easy in-and-out process and the ability to find what they need. While the majority of the staff is described as great, there is one mention of a rude cashier whose behavior needs to be addressed by management. It's not open to the general public. You need a tax ID number to join. That being said they have just about everything for homes and businesses except for furniture.

I just want to say I love shopping at this store the customer service is amazing I have asked several staff many questions and they are very helpful even the gentleman working inside that freezing fridge and Ms. Brenda in the front is awesome

Rhonda is truly the best employee at this location. She always has a smile on her face and welcomes everyone. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and can find all the items they need. Rhonda is amazing!
