“We had the most fantastic customer service recently at The Plumbing Place! We went in to purchase two new faucets as we were having problems with the spray attachment with our Grohe faucets. Margueritte Goeler called Grohe for us and they sent us 2 new faucets at no charge in 2 days! She also helped us pick out a different model which we like better. My husband installed them and they work great! Thank-you, Margueritte, for going above and beyond for us! Jim & Cathy Carnahan”

“While not all Sam's Clubs are managed the same, today I want to call out their Pharmacy and its pharmacists Susan. We used to shop at CVS and Walgreens and started about 2 years using Sam's Club for all our prescription needs. They DO NOT let you out of the store until you spend a minute with their pharmacist which only tells us that they care about the medication that they are dispensing. She reviews your file, asks a few questions and takes all the time necessary to answer any and all questions, complete with a smile. She is never rushed nor bothered by all the questions. Sam's can be proud that that have great employees like her. Good job!”

“Alex and Evan worked on my truck. Unfortunately the chrome cladded lug nuts were bulged which causes a lot of difficulty when removing. Alex and Evan worked well after their normal closing time to finish the job properly. Great job guys! Thank you!”
