“I was very pressed for time needing monogramming done on a NIKE hat I had purchased a day prior. Normally, another company would've told me to "go pound sand" and figure it out some place else. Although EmbroidMe was busy that day, the staff gave me the name of the person that would be happy to assist me by my 5 pm deadline. Just so happens, I was going to be late (after 5 [their closing time]); however, they gladly offered to stay open to ensure I received my order.
