This is a great area to walk around, have dinner, etc. I really recommend it. Lots of delicious restaurants and eateries and shops.

Its still beautiful but a little of shops have closed in the wake of the back to back storms and flooding. Something needs to be done to controll the pedestrians from simply just walking out in front of vehicles. Timed walk lights or something.
