I wish i could complain about the service, but there were 5 people in this bank supposedly employed there. No one looked, no one spoke, no one acknowledged we were alive!Never have i been treated so badly at place of business i HAD been inclined to put all our finances into this bank but such rude treatment isn't conducive to trust!DO NOT reward such a lack of professionalism by allowing this establishment to handle your finances! I can only imagine their lackadaisical attitudes with your most precious commodity.........+0*****

Five people in the branch and only one person waiting on customers. The teller shouted out, “I’ll get to you as soon as I can. I walked out after 10 minutes and only one customer was served. Once the customer service goes the customers are next.

I have walked in to this branch of Truist (used to be Suntrust) several times and have almost always been greeted with, at best, indifference and sometimes rudeness. Even the employees have said how they aren’t happy working for Truist. I am the process of transferring several accounts to Synovus bank.

The bank as a whole: makes Bank of America look like Mother Theresa with the amount of fees they can charge. Fees can also stack. This location: minimal competence. Took 3 people to try to close my account. They were unable to. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm as I went to a branch in Bradenton 6 months ago for a wire transfer and had to wait 30 minutes as there was only 1 person who could do it and that took an additional 20 minutes. It's a slightly better experience than the tax collectors office.

I use SunTrust for my personal banking & have never had a complaint, as I live in West Bradenton & don't ever use this branch. I also work for a nearby business that happens to bank with SunTrust & having been to this branch a handful of times (due to LWR branch being shut because of CoViD) I have had a few unpleasant experiences, with one teller in particular (red haired woman). I don't know if she hates her job or just the customers who seem to bother her in the drive-thru. Unpleasant, unfriendly & quite the opposite of any and all tellers I've ever dealt with (including some good employees at this same branch) Management would be best served by placing her in a position with little to no customer contact, so as not to bother her with social interactions. Unfortunately I have to continue to use this branch for the time being, but will be celebrating the day our branch is reopened.

Went into the Branch today as I have done for the last 10+ years to have money exchanged. I was asked if I had an account for the first time, I said no I do not have an account and I was summarily rejected. I then was annoyed as I stated that I had always been treated as a potential client and that this type of service was probably due to the inability of the teller that she was too busy looking at her cell phone to help a potential client.! Needless to say I then went to the nearby PNC Branch and was welcomed and had my minor transaction completed. If you want to keep or grow you banking business maybe you should keep in mind that there are a lot of foreigners that have a lot of money, relay on having the availability of US Banks to help us through the transition. SUN TRUST WILL NO LONGER BE ON MY COMPANY'S FAVORITE CLIENT LIST!
